Life Line Screening
Life Line Screening will be offered here at First Church, Friday, July 6, 2012.
Protect your health by finding out your risk for stroke or vascular and heart rhythm problems.
Why do screening?
Many Americans cannot recognize the signs of stroke or do not know they have Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD). Preventative health screenings can help save your life or prevent serious disabilities. Unfortunately, insurance companies will typically not pay for these screenings without the presence of symptoms. This is why Life Line Screening, a leading, mobile health screening service, is offering potentially life-saving ultrasound screenings.
How much does it cost?
There are 5 screenings available. Screenings are priced individually at $60 with the exception of osteoporosis which is $35. Packages range from $139-159 and include 4 screenings. See discount available to church members below.
Are there any discounts?
Life Line Screening is working with the church to provide our members a $10 discount off the screening package in addition to a $10 donation to the church through their Helping Hands program. To be eligible for the discount and church donation, you must call the church office or sign the registration sheet in the office. Call soon to get a priority time. For more information, call the church office.
