Our Church Leadership

Our Church thrives because of the energy and style of the people who have stepped up to lead. The general operations of the church are overseen by a Church Council, which consists of 12 at-large members, our Church Moderator and Moderator-Elect, the Clerk, and the Church Treasurer.  These poisitions are all elected.  The Pastor sits on the Council in an advisory capacity.

Our congregation comes out of the congregational tradition of the United Church of Christ.  In a church with a congregational polity, members of the congregation are the ultimate authority in the congregation.  All voting members of the Council are elected by the congregation, and many of our other members serve in ad hoc leadership positions in our church.
